Step into the world of my Chinese heritage with this collection of paintings: Infusion. Inspired by Chinese Zen paintings that emerged in the 9th century, I seek to capture the essence of Chinese culture, which is imbued with a sense of harmony, contemplation, and the beauty of the present moment.

In this collection of work, I emphasise spontaneity and freedom of expression, allowing each brushstroke to flow freely and capture the essence of the moment. Unconstrained by rules or conventions, these paintings are a testament to the power of intuitive creativity and the beauty of simplicity.

Drawing from the rich tradition of Chinese calligraphy and brush painting, I use light touches and fluid movements to evoke a sense of tranquility and harmony. Each stroke is imbued with the spirit of ancient poets and artists, who used painting and calligraphy as a means of self-expression and self-discovery.

Through this collection, I invite you to explore the timeless wisdom of Chinese philosophy and the beauty of Zen art, where the boundaries between the self and the natural world dissolve, and the truth of the moment is revealed.
